摘  要:根据神东布尔台选煤厂浮选精煤的表面特性,采用碱法造纸黑液为起始原料,通过磺化反应、缩合反应,制备适宜于其表面特性的水煤浆添加剂。实验结果表明:在最佳合成条件碱法造纸黑液、亚硫酸钠、改性剂、甲醛的质量比为1.0∶0.4∶0.1∶1.0,磺化反应温度90℃、反应时间3 h,缩合反应温度100℃、反应时间5 h,制浆时添加剂加入质量分数为0.5%时,所制的布尔台浮选精煤水煤浆定黏最高质量分数可达48.3%。Based on the surface characteristics of the Shendong Buertai Coal Preparation Plant flotation concentrate,using alkali black liquor as the starting material, coal water slurry additives suitable for its surface characteristics were prepared through sulfonation and condensation. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were: the mass ratio of alkali black liquor, sodium sulfite, modifier and formaldehyde was 1.0∶0.4∶0.1∶1.0, the sulfonation temperature was 90 ℃,the reaction time was 3 h, the condensation temperature was 100 ℃, and the reaction time was 5 h. When the addition ratio of additives was 0.5% during slurry preparation, the highest mass fraction of Buertai flotation concentrate coal water slurry with constant viscosity could reach 48.3%.
