摘 要:针对某200 kt/a煤制乙二醇装置运行中酯化系统、合成系统、加氢系统等存在的问题进行了原因分析和相应的技改优化。通过优化酯化再生塔反应条件、控制合成系统中硝酸和水分含量、降低合成系统阻力、优化加氢反应器条件、改造精馏系统等措施,实现了装置的达标达产,产品收率提高到99%,优等品率100%,吨产品蒸汽消耗降至5.2 t以下、电耗降至230 kWh。In view of the problems existing in the esterification system,synthesis system and hydrogenation system during the operation of 200 kt/a coal to ethylene glycol plant,the cause analysis and corresponding technical transformation optimization were carried out.By optimizing the reaction conditions of the esterification regeneration tower,controlling the content of nitric acid and water in the synthesis system,reducing the resistance of the synthesis system,optimizing the conditions of the hydrogenation reactor,reforming the distillation system and other measures,the plant met the standard and reached the production capacity,the product yield was increased to 99%,the rate of excellent products was 100%,the steam consumption per ton of product was reduced to less than 5.2 t,and the power consumption was reduced to 230 kWh.
