摘 要:间歇式固定床气化工艺生产半水煤气时存在入炉蒸汽分解率低、气化不均匀等缺点,造成了蒸汽浪费、造气循环水不能平衡和煤气炉出渣残炭高等问题。为此进行了间歇式固定床气化工艺蒸汽优化改造,通过采用入炉蒸汽递减装置和上吹增压相结合的蒸汽优化技术,使系统吹风比例降低了2.3%~3.5%,吹风气减排1150 m^(3)/h~1750 m^(3)/h,蒸汽用量明显减少,系统优化后年节约费用345.6万元。In the production of semi-water gas by intermittent fixed-bed gasification process,there were some shortcomings,such as low decomposition rate of steam in the furnace and uneven gasification,which led to the problems of steam waste,unbalanced circulating water in the gas generation and high residue carbon in the slag discharged from the gasifier.For this reason,the steam optimization transformation of intermittent fixed bed gasification process was carried out.By adopting the steam optimization technology combining the inlet steam decreasing device and upper blow supercharging,the blowing ratio of the system was reduced by 2.3%-3.5%,the blowing air emission was reduced by 1,150 m^(3)/h-1,750 m^(3)/h,and the steam consumption was significantly reduced.After the system optimization,the annual cost was saved by 3.456 million yuan.
