摘 要:以某厂11.7万t/a烯烃转化装置反应器运行数据为基础,研究催化剂活性随运行时间延长的减弱情况,并分析再生对催化剂初期活性及减弱速率的影响。结果表明:每次再生后,催化剂最高活性平均下降5.59个百分点,运行周期内催化剂活性平均减弱速率减少0.042%/d;与原反应运行至丁烯单程转化率下降至70%左右再生相比,在单程转化率下降5.59个百分点时进行再生可以始终保持催化剂的最大活性,丁烯平均单程转化率提高3.02个百分点,装置丙烯产量增加约0.4万t/a。Based on the reactor operation data of 117,000 t/a industrial olefin conversion unit,the weakening of catalyst activity with the extension of operation time was studied,and the impact of regeneration on the initial activity and weakening rate of catalyst was analyzed.The results showed that after each regeneration,the initial activity of the catalyst was decreased by 5.59%on average,and the average weakening rate of the catalyst activity during the operation cycle was decreased by 0.042%per day.Compared with the regeneration when the single-pass conversion of butene was decreased to about 70%,the regeneration when the single-pass conversion was decreased by 5.59%could always maintain the maximum catalyst activity,the average single-pass conversion of butene was increased by 3.02%,and the annual propylene output of the unit was increased by about 4000 t.
