摘  要:煤焦油渣属于危险废物,将其用于配煤炼焦可产生较好的经济效益和社会效益。介绍了目前主要的配煤炼焦成焦机理,根据配煤炼焦理论,焦油渣可作为改善焦炭质量的黏结剂,并对焦油渣配煤炼焦试验进行了可行性分析。利用40 kg试验焦炉进行了焦油渣配煤炼焦试验,确定了最佳焦油渣配比。试验结果表明,在焦油渣质量分数为3%左右时进行配煤炼焦,所得焦炭的块度、抗碎强度、耐磨强度最大,焦炭质量最好。Coal tar residue is a hazardous waste,and its application in coal blending and coking can produce better economic and social benefits.The main coking mechanism of coal blending at present was introduced.According to the coal blending theory,tar residue could be used as a binder to improve the coke quality.The feasibility of coking test with tar residue coal blending was analyzed.A 40 kg test coke oven was used to carry out the coking experiment of tar residue blending with coal,and the optimum proportion of tar residue was determined.The test results showed that when the mass fraction of tar residue was about 3%in coal blending,the briquette,crushing strength and wear resistance of the coke obtained were the highest,and the coke quality was also the highest.
