摘  要:介绍了热力除氧器的工作原理。以某煤化工企业110 t/h热力除氧器为例,根据其放散乏汽的参数特点,选择管壳式乏汽回收装置对放散的乏汽进行回收和利用,阐述了管壳式换热器的部件组成和回收乏汽的原理。经计算,对热力除氧器放散的乏汽进行回收后,可通过回收热量和节省除盐水产生经济效益36.61万元/a,同时可减少CO_(2)排放量1177.93 t/a。The working principle of the thermal deaerator was introduced.Taking a coal chemical enterprise′s 110 t/h thermal deaerator as an example,according to the parameter characteristics of the exhausted steam released by the thermal deaerator,the shell-tube exhausted steam recovery device was selected to recover and utilize the exhausted steam released by the thermal deaerator.The components of the shell-tube heat exchanger and the principle of recovering exhausted steam were described.The calculation showed that,after recovering the exhausted steam released by the thermal deaerator,the economic benefit of 366,100 yuan/a could be generated by recovering heat and saving demineralized water,and the CO_(2) emission could be reduced by 1177.93 t/a.
