摘 要:结合一起风电场35 kV集电线路零序电流Ⅱ段保护拒动,35 kV#1接地变零序电流Ⅱ段保护动作,停电范围扩大的跳闸事件,分析了风电场小电阻接地系统35 kV零序电流Ⅱ段保护定值的配合情况,并根据实际运行情况给出了新的整定值,同时提出了改进建议。该建议在特殊情况下为零序电流Ⅱ段保护定值整定及配合提供了解决思路,能有效提高风电场35 kV系统运行的稳定性。In this paper, the zero sequence current section Ⅱ protection of 35 kV collecting line in the wind farm refuses to operate and the zero sequence current section Ⅱ protection of 35 kV No.1 grounding transformer acts, which expands the scope of power failure.The coordination of the 35 kV zero-sequence current stage Ⅱ protection settings of the small resistance grounding system of the wind farm is analyzed, and new settings are given according to the actual operating conditions, and suggestions for improvement are also put forward.Under special circumstances, a solutionfor the setting and coordination of the zero-sequence current stage Ⅱ protection setting and coordination is provided, which can effectively improve the stable operation of the 35 kV system of the wind farm.
