油中溶解特征气体组分含量异常案例的分析

摘　　要：对某500 kV高压电抗器内油中溶解特征气体组分含量异常数据进行分析,并结合其他试验数据,找到引起油色谱数据异常的原因,并对该设备采取了相应的处理措施,消除该设备存在的安全隐患。最终,该设备内油中溶解特征气体组分含量均回归正常且稳定的区间,设备继续安全、平稳运行。An abnormal data of dissolved characteristic gas components in the insulating oil of a 500 kV high-voltage reactor is analyzed.Combined with other test data,the cause of abnormal oil chromatogram data is found out.Corresponding treatment measures are taken for the equipment to eliminate the potential safety hazards of the equipment.Finally,the content of dissolved characteristic gas components in the oil in the equipment returns to the normal and stable range,and the equipment continues to operate safely and stably.
