航空军医在职教育现状分析及需求研究

摘　　要：目的在加紧构建“三位一体”新型军事人才培养体系的背景下,通过建立系统、科学的航空军医在职教育培训体系,为保证飞行安全,直接助力飞行战斗力提供人才智力支撑。方法采用自填式问卷调查法,从编制情况、人数需求、航卫保障和心理疏导能力等25个与航空兵部队航空军医职业教育和体系构建直接相关的需求要素入手,对55个航空兵部队基层单位共105名在职航空军医进行调查比对和数据分析。结果承担作战训练任务的航空兵部队航空军医普遍存在年龄分布广,年轻干部比例高,航医室人员缺编严重且航卫保障方法技能培训需求迫切等现实问题。结论该分析结果为构建航空军医在职教育培训体系提供有力数据支撑,明确了人员配置、航卫保障方法、航卫技能培训等诸多方面亟待完善的内容,为进一步提升航空卫生后勤保障水平,夯实航空军事人才体系建设奠定基础。Objective To establish a systematic and scientific on⁃the⁃job education and training system for flight surgeons,so as to ensure flight safety and provide human intelligent assistance for directly enhancing combat effectiveness.Methods A self⁃filling questionnaire method was used in the study.An investigation and data analysis were made among the 105 in⁃service flight sur⁃geons from 55 air basic units from the 25 demand elements directly associated with flight surgeon professional education and system construction,such as staffing,demand for the working force,aviation medical support and psychological counseling and so on.Re⁃sults The flight surgeons of the air units that undertook the task of combat training generally displayed the following features:wide age distribution,high proportion of young cadres,serious shortage of staffing in the aviation medical room and urgent demand for the training of the skills of aviation health support.Conclusion The analysis results provide strong data support for the construction of on⁃the⁃job education and training system for flight surgeons,and identify that perfections could be made from the perspectives of staff⁃ing,aviation health support methods and aviation medical skills training.Consequently,the research results will lay a good founda⁃tion for further improvement of aviation medical support and consolidation of aviation military medical personnel.
