摘 要:目的探讨基于战现场情景下“虚拟伤员”培训软件对士兵海战伤急救能力的影响。方法以某部水面舰艇部队的60名士兵作为调查对象,采用便利抽签法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各30名,分别采用集体现场授课和“虚拟伤员”培训软件对其进行海战伤急救技能的培训,培训后第3个月比较2组士兵在急救技能知识得分和教学效果情况。结果培训后第3个月,试验组在颅脑开放伤合并海水浸泡伤急救、胸部开放伤合并海水浸泡伤急救、烧伤合并海水浸泡伤急救和海上核武器损伤急救4个赛站点的急救技能操作考核得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在教学效果评价中,试验组在案例设计合理、提高急救能力、提升应急能力、提升反思能力、激发学习兴趣和积极性、促进理解记忆等方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组系统可用性量表(SUS)问卷调查结果得分为(69.21±15.30)分,结果提示此模拟训练软件具有良好的实用性,便于操作学习,可以被受训者接受。结论基于战现场情景下的“虚拟伤员”培训软件可以提高士兵的海战伤救治知识水平和综合救治能力,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of“virtual casualties”software on the improvement of emergency care ability of first responders in sea battle.Methods 60 sailors from a certain surface naval vessel were selected as research subjects by conve⁃nience sampling method,and were divided into the control group and he experimental group,each consisting of 30.First⁃aid training for the saving of sea battle casualties were conducted by collective on⁃the⁃site teaching and“virtual casualty”training software.The scores and teaching efficiency were compared between the two groups 3 months after training.Results At the third month after train⁃ing,the scores of emergency medical manipulation for the first aid of open brain injury combined with seawater immersion,for the sav⁃ing of open chest injury combined with seawater immersion,for the treatment of burns coupled with seawater immersion and for the ur⁃gent handling of nuclear casualties at sea of the experimental group were all superior to those of the control group,with statistical sig⁃nificance(P<0.01).In the evaluation of teaching efficiency,the scores of case rational design,improvement of first aid ability,im⁃provement of emergency response ability,improvement of reflective ability,arousal of learning interest and enthusiasm,promotion of comprehension and memory in the experimental group were all significantly better than those in the control group,also with statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The average scores of SUS were(69.21±15.30),which indicated that the simulation training software was practical,easy to operate and was happily accepted by the trainees.Conclusion The“virtual casualties”software based on front line combat site could enhance the knowledge of sailors on sea battle casualty care and their comprehensive first⁃aid ca⁃pability.For this reason,it is worth further promotion.
