麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减治疗慢性荨麻疹对其活动性评分及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月三亚市中医院收治的112例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患者给予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗。2组患者均治疗4周,比较2组患者的中医症候疗效、荨麻疹活动性评分(urticaria activity score,UAS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)评分、细胞因子[白细胞介素⁃4(interleukin⁃4,IL⁃4)、干扰素⁃γ(interferon⁃γ,INF⁃γ)、免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)]水平、免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及不良反应差异。结果观察组患者治疗2、4周的总有效率均高于对照组(66.07%vs.46.43%)、(94.64%vs.78.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,观察组患者治疗2、4周的UAS评分、DLQI评分、IL⁃4、IgE水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),INF⁃γ、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值均高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗2、4周的UAS评分、DLQI评分、IL⁃4、IgE水平均呈降低趋势,INF⁃γ、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应率低于对照组(7.14%vs.21.43%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05)。结论麻黄连翘赤小豆汤可有效提高慢性荨麻疹患者的治疗效果,改善其临床症状,并调节患者机体细胞免疫功能。Objective To explore the curative effects of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction on urticaria.Methods A total of 112 urticaria patients admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were recruited as research subjects,and were ran⁃domly divided into the control group and the observation group,each consisting of 56 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The 2 groups all received treatment for 4 weeks.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms,urticariaactivityscores(UAS),dermatologicalqualityoflifeindexes(DLQI),interleukin⁃4(IL⁃4),interferon⁃γ(INF⁃γ),immune function factors(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and adverse reactions were compared before and after therapy.Results The to⁃tal effective rates of the observation group after treatment for 2 and 4 weeks were higher than those of the control group(66.07%vs.46.43%)and(94.64%vs.78.57%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The UAS scores,DLQI scores,as well as IL⁃4,IgE levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,when comparison were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05),while the levels of INF⁃γ,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).As compared with those before treatment,the UAS scores,DLQI scores,IL⁃4 and levels of both the observation group and the control group 2 and 4 weeks after treatment showed a decreasing trend,while the levels of INF⁃γ,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)all increased,and statistical sig⁃nificance could be seen in the time difference(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the patients of the observation group was low⁃er than that in the patients of the control group(7.14%vs.21.43%),also with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction could effectively improve the curati
