摘 要:通过海水掺混不同比例再生脱硫废水,模拟海水循环冷却系统排水进行蒸发制盐实验,研究了脱硫废水再生回用对海水浓缩制盐的影响规律。结果显示:引入再生脱硫废水后,卤水中CaSO_(4)晶体析出点会推迟,但拐点略有提前,而对NaCl晶体的析出影响可以忽略,且其制得的结晶盐化学组成符合GB/T 5462—2015中日晒工业盐一级品的标准。将再生脱硫废水在一定比例内引入海水循环冷却系统,不影响其排水蒸发制盐过程,能够实现海水循环冷却系统的零排放和海水化学资源的有效利用。The evaporation salt production experiment was carried out by simulated drainage from seawater circulating cooling system which was mixed with different proportions of reclaimed desulfurization wastewater and seawater.The influence law of reclaimed desulfurization wastewater on seawater salt-producing process was studied.The results showed that:after introducing reclaimed desulfurization wastewater into seawater circulating cooling system,the precipitation point of CaSO_(4) crystal in brine was delayed,but the infection point was slightly advanced.And the effect of reclaimed desulfurization wastewater on the precipitation of NaCl crystal was negligible.Moreover,the composition of salt crystal conformed to the first grade product standard of GB/T 5462-2015.The salt-producing process of drainage was not affected by introducing reclaimed desulphurization wastewater into seawater circulating cooling system in a certain proportion,and zero discharge of seawater circulating cooling system and effective utilization of seawater chemical resources could be realized.
