摘 要:文章采用蒸馏后滴定法测定氯化钾中铵含量,并通过对该方法进行检出限、准确度和精密度,以及与纳氏试剂分光光度法方法进行比对试验。结果表明:蒸馏后滴定法方法检出限为0.00045%,加标回收率在90%~105%之间,最大相对标准偏差<10%,最大极差≤0.002%,并且通过测定同一样品对结果数据进行F检验和t检验,两种方法无显著性差异,说明该方法可以用于氯化钾中铵含量的测定,且相较于纳氏试剂分光光度法,具有操作简便、耗时短、安全性高等特点。In this article,the ammonium content in KCl was determined by titration after distillation,and the detection limit,accuracy and precision of this method were compared with those of the Spectrophotometer method.The results showed that the detection limit of titrimetric method after distillation was 0.00045%,the recovery of standard addition was between 90%and 105%,the maximum relative standard deviation was less than 10%,and the maximum range was less than 0.002%,there is no significant difference between the two methods,which showed that the method can be used to determine the content of ammonium in potassium chloride,and has the advantages of simple operation,short time-consuming and high safety compared with the Spectrophotometer reagent.
