摘 要:LNG接受终端的卸料管道是连接LNG码头、接收站和储罐的管道系统,是接收终端生产作业的重要保障,管道安全直接影响整个接受终端的正常运行。卸料系统管道投产后会存在冷缩位移、水锤冲击等现象,如果管道设计不当,将会造成管道应力超标、支架脱空和管道破坏。为保障管道安全,解决以上问题,以某项目卸料系统管道设计为案例,利用CAESARⅡ软件进行管道应力分析计算。详细介绍了管道各种载荷的作用方式和分类计算方法,利用组合工况法编制应力分析工况,超低温管道的应力分析方法和分析内容,系统地论述了低温管道应力分析的全过程工作,为LNG接受终端管道布置和应力计算提供工程参考和借鉴。The unloading piping of LNG receiving terminal connects LNG terminal,receiving station and storage tank,which is an important guarantee for the production operation of receiving terminal.The safety of piping affects the operation of the whole receiving terminal.After the piping is put into operation,there will be cold displacement,water hammer impact and other phenomena.If the piping is not designed properly,it will cause excessive stress,supports void and piping damage.In order to ensure the safety of piping,taking the unloading piping system as an example,the calculation is based on CAESARII.This article introduces the action mode and classified calculation of various loads of the pipeline in detail,compile the loadcases according to the actual operation condition,introduces the stress analysis method and analysis content of ultra-low temperature piping,and systematically describes the whole process of stress analysis,provides engineering reference for LNG receiving terminal pipeline layout and stress calculation.
