摘　　要：目的考察一般自我效能感量表在中老年2型糖尿病患者中应用的信度、效度并评估其适用性。方法选择162位中老年2型糖尿病患者填写一般自我效能感量表和自尊量表,其中100位患者2周后重测一般自我效能感量表。对量表条目进行项目分析后,分析一般自我效能感量表的结构效度、效标关联效度、内部一致性信度、重测信度、组内相关系数、分半信度等心理测量指标,检查了数据的天花板效应和地板效应。结果没有丢失数据。项目分析过程中没有条目被删除,条目与总分的相关系数为0.6650.891(P<0.01)。10个条目的公因子方差为0.4240.816。采用Kaiser s eigenvalue>1原则提取出一个共同因素,其初始特征值为5.937,可以解释总变异量的59.368%,GSES的10个条目的因素负荷量位于0.6510.903。分析效标关联效度发现一般自我效能感量表的总分与自尊量表总分相关系数为0.567(P<0.01)。一般自我效能感量表的内部一致性信度Cronbach sα值为0.922,其组内相关系数为0.922(95%CI:0.9030.939),折半信度Spearman-Brown系数值为0.927,2周后重测信度的相关系数r=0.887(P<0.01)。结论中文版的一般自我效能量表有较好的信度和效度,可以应用于中老年2型糖尿病患者的一般自我效能感测量。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES,Chinese version)used in middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China.Methods The GSES was applied in 162 middle-aged and elderly T2DM patients,among whom 100 patients were retested after 2 weeks.After the item was analyzed,the structural validity,criterion-related validity,internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability,intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and split-half reliability of GSES were analyzed;and the ceiling effect and floor effect of the data were also examined.Results The response rate of the scale was 100%;and no items were deleted during GSES s item analysis.The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score was between 0.665 and 0.891.A common factor was extracted using Kaiser s eigenvalue>1 criterion,it was able to explain 59.368%of the total variance.The communalities of the items were between 0.424 and 0.816.Pearson correlation analysis showed that between GSES and self-esteem scale(SES)the criterion-related validity,and the correlation coefficients r=0.567.The Cronbach sαof GSES was 0.922 and ICC was 0.922(95%CI:0.9030.939).The correlation coefficient of the test-retest reliability was 0.887;the Spearman-Brown coefficient of split-half was 0.927.Conclusion The Chinese version of GSES has good reliability and validity.It can be used for general self-efficacy studies of middle-aged and elderly type 2 diabetic patients in China.
