摘  要:为分析不同类型纤维对AC-20沥青混合料性能的影响规律,基于稳定度试验、抗剪强度试验以及劈裂强度试验,研究了不同纤维掺量对AC-20沥青混合料高低温性能的影响规律,推荐了不同类型纤维的最佳掺量,并对比分析了不同纤维类型对沥青混合料力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着纤维掺量增加,不同类型纤维AC-20沥青混合料力学性能均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,矿物纤维、木质素纤维和聚酯纤维最佳掺量分别为0.3%、0.5%、0.2%;与未掺加纤维沥青混合料相比,最佳纤维掺量下矿物纤维、木质素纤维和聚酯纤维AC-20沥青混合料的稳定度分别可提升7%、4%、5%,抗剪强度分别可提升15%、8%、13%,劈裂性能分别可提升14%、9%、12%。In order to analyze the influence of different types of fibers on the performance of AC-20asphalt mixture,the influence of different fiber content on the high and low temperature performance of AC-20 asphalt mixture based on Marshall stability test,shear strength test and splitting strength test was studied,and the optimum content of different types of fibers was recommended.Then,the effects of different fiber types on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture are compared and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of fiber content,the mechanical properties of different types of fiber AC-20asphalt mixture increase at first and then gradually decrease,which mixed with 0.3%basalt fiber or 0.5%wood fiber or 0.2%polyester fiber respectively has optimum mechanical properties.Compared with the asphalt mixture without fiber,the Marshall stability of AC-20 asphalt mixture with optimum content of basalt fiber,wood fiber and polyester fiber can be improved by 7%,4%and 5%respectively,the shear strength can be improved by 15%,8%and 13%respectively,and the splitting strength can be improved by 14%,9%and 12%respectively.
