摘 要:为解决沥青路面夏季高温引发的路面热稳性病害及细微裂缝、水损害等问题,利用现有精细表处材料技术,将热反射剂和精细表处材料进行搅拌、分散,并配合使用定量助剂,形成一种用于钢桥面铺装预防养护的热反射精细表处材料,在安徽马鞍山长江公路大桥的桥面进行了沥青路面预防养护施工。完工后指标检测结果表明:该材料可有效封闭路面细微裂缝、减少水损害,同时能有效降低路面的紫外线吸收率,降低路表温度,养护效果显著。In order to solve the problems of pavement thermal stability disease,fine cracks and water damage caused by high temperature of asphalt pavement in summer,the existing fine surface material technology is used to stir and disperse the heat reflective agents and the fine surface materials,and with the quantitative aid,a heat-reflecting fine surface material is fomed for the preventive maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement.The asphalt pavement preventive maintenance construction was carried out on the bridge deck of the Ma’anshan Yangtze River highway bridge in Anhui.The test results show that the material can effectively seal the fine cracks in the pavement,reduce water damage,and at the same time can effectively reduce the ultraviolet absorption rate of the pavement and reduce the temperature of the road surface.The maintenance effect is remarkable.
