摘 要:建立快速、高效的传感器故障诊断技术能最大程度保障采集数据的可靠性,现有诊断技术多基于神经网络方法,虽然该法故障诊断误差小,但需要提取大量训练样本且模型构建复杂、计算时间长,增加了在桥梁监测中大规模推广应用难度大。因此利用统计数据方法对常见故障下关联传感器互相关系数进行研究,提出了基于互相关分析方法的传感器故诊断理论和算法,可快速诊断传感器故障及常见故障识别,并分析了不同故障下的精度。结果表明:基于互相关分析方法在传感器故障诊断方面有很好的精度,可完全识别常值故障、信噪比小于22.5的精度下降故障、大于6με的固定偏差故障和漂移速率大于0.03με/10 min的漂移故障。在故障定位分析时,随着传感器误差的增加,故障定位误差越小。Establishing a fast and efficient sensor failure diagnosis technology can guarantee the reliability of the collected data to the greatest extent.Existing diagnosis technologies are mostly based on neural network methods.Although the failure diagnosis error is small,it needs to extract a large number of training samples and the model construction is complicated and the calculation time is long,which increases the difficulty and cost of large-scale application in bridge monitoring.Therefore,this paper uses statistical data method to study the correlation number of associated sensors under common failures,and proposes sensor failure diagnosis theory and algorithms based on cross-correlation analysis method,which can quickly diagnose sensor failures and identify common failures,and analyze the accuracy of different failures.The results show that the cross-correlation analysis method has good accuracy,including constant failures(complete recognition),precision reduction(signal-to-noise ratio<22.5),fixed deviation(deviation>6με)and linear deviation(drift rate>0.03με/10 min).During failures location analysis,as the sensor error increases,the failures positioning error of the fault is smaller.
