摘 要:针对忠州长江大桥P9过渡墩抗撞能力不足的问题,提出了一种钢结构浮式消能防撞装置,该装置主要由T型钢、L型钢、工字钢组成的桁架支撑结构以及鼓型橡胶构成;通过设置滑动滚轮以满足随水位变动的自由浮动,能以较小空间换取更大的防护范围;采用数值模拟方法对其防护性能进行了分析。结果表明:设置浮式消能防撞装置后,船撞力折减率最高达52%,墩顶位移折减率达60%,可有效保障大桥安全运营。Aiming at the problem of insufficient crash-resistance of Zhongzhou Yangtze River Bridge,a steel structure floating energy dissipation anti-collision device is proposed.The device is mainly composed of steel truss support structure and drum rubber which are made up of L-steel and I-steel.By setting the sliding roller to meet the free floating with the water level,and less space could exchange more protection.The protective performance was analyzed by numerical simulation.The results indicate that the reduction rate of ship collision force is up to 52%,and that of the pier top displacement is up to 60%.It can effectively guarantee the safe operation of the bridge after setting the floating anti-collision device.
