关于浦东新区农村公路规划建设的探讨和分析——以塘下公路提档升级工程为例

摘　　要：农村公路是上海公路的“毛细血管”,不仅是提供人民群众安全便捷出行、促进郊区产业发展和经济增长的重要基础,也是乡镇人民享受教育、医疗等基本公共服务的前提,更是党中央乡村振兴战略、上海美丽乡村建设的重要组成部分。随着交通强国和乡村振兴战略的推进,农村公路在经济社会发展和整个公路网中的功能定位日益突出,该文以塘下公路提档升级工程为案例,为今后农村公路规划、建设提供思路和方法,促进后续农村公路的规划、建设及发展。Rural roads are the"capillaries"of Shanghai's highways.They are not only an important basis for providing people with safe and convenient travel and promoting suburban industrial development and economic growth,but also a prerequisite for township people to enjoy basic public services such as education and medical care.It is an important part of the revitalization strategy and the construction of Shanghai's beautiful countryside.With the development of the transportation power and the rural revitalization strategy,the functional positioning of rural roads in economic and social development and the entire road network has become increasingly prominent.Taking the Tangxia highway upgrading project as a case,this paper provides ideas and methods for future rural highway planning and construction,and promotes the subsequent planning,construction and development of rural highways.
