摘 要:选取碘化物-碘酸盐平行竞争反应为工作体系,采用组分输运模型对Lightnin静态混合器(LSM)内的微观特性进行了数值研究。结果表明:数值预测结果与实验结果误差为6.16%。在充分湍流状态下(雷诺数为3000~7000),物料进入旋流元件后其旋流强度沿流程呈正弦周期分布且旋流强度峰值逐渐右移,流道内的离心力调控致使元件两侧产生的反向对称涡心逐渐向管壁侧演化。轴向距离(z)与混合元件长度(l)的比值(z/l)为2时,微观混合与空管段对比提高了95.65%~96.18%。入口尺寸即氢离子入口直径(d)与管径(D)的比值(d/D)为0.7时,微观混合效率离集指数(X_(S))最小。入口H^(+)和IO_(3)^(-)、I-及缓冲溶液的体积流量比(V_(B)/V_(A))为4时的微观混合特性相比,V_(B)/V_(A)为6,8,10和12时的微观混合特性分别提高了6.7%,10%,12%和13.3%。对雷诺数、入口H^(+)浓度和入口尺寸这3种因素进行正交实验发现,入口尺寸对微观混合特性的影响大于其他两种因素。In this paper,the parallel competition reaction of iodide and iodate is selected was the working system,and the microscopic characteristics in Lightnin Static Mixer(LSM)were numerically studied by using the species transport model.The deviation between numerical prediction and experimental results was 6.16%.In the sufficiently turbulent at Reynolds number(Re)was 3000-7000,the swirling intensity of the material entering the swirling element was sinusoidal periodic distribution along with the flow and the peak value of the swirling intensity gradually shifted to the right.The centrifugal forced in the flow passage made the reverse-symmetric vortex center on both sides of the element gradually evolve towards the tube wall.The segregation index of micromixing parameter at the ratio of axial distance(z)to mixing element length(l)with z/l=2 was improved by 95.65%-96.18%for in comparison with the hollow tube section.The micromixing effect was better when the inlet size[i.e.the ratio of hydrogen ion H^(+)inlet diameter(d)to tube diameter(D)]was 0.7.Compared with the micromixing characteristics at volume flow ratio(V_(B)/V_(A))was 4,it was improved by 6.7%,10%,12%,and 13.3%when V_(B)/V_(A) were 6,8,10,and 12.The effects of Re,inlet H^(+)concentration,and inlet size were analyzed based on the orthogonal principle.It was found that the effect of inlet size was greater than the other two factors on the mixing characteristics.
