摘　　要：目的:观察经穴推拿联合穴位贴敷疗法对肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的治疗效果。方法:将60例肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组按一般妇科常规护理+补液治疗,观察组在此基础上进行经穴推拿+穴位贴敷,比较两组患者的差异。结果:治疗后观察组临床有效率为93.33%,尿酮体转阴率为96.67%,明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:经穴推拿联合穴位贴敷对妊娠恶阻有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture point massage combined acupuncture point sticking on liver-stomach disharmony with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:30 Patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were divided into the acupuncture point massage combined acupuncture point sticking group(the treatment group)and the basic treatment control group(the control group),and 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general gynecological routine nursing+rehydration,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture point massage combined acupuncture point sticking.Compare the differences between the two groups of patients.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and negative-conversing of Urinary ketones was 96.67%,the differences between the two groups were statistically signficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture point massage combined acupuncture point sticking has a good clinical effect on liver-stomach disharmony with hyperemesis gravidarum.
