生育期女性人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器的临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探究生育期女性人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器的临床护理措施及护理效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月在沈阳市和平区妇婴医院接受人工流产术并即时放置宫内节育器的103例生育期女性作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=52)两组。对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组采用综合性护理干预,对比两组的术后1年内意外妊娠率、节育器不良事件发生率、机体不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的术后1年内意外妊娠率低于对照组,节育器不良事件发生率低于对照组,机体不良反应发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器的生育期女性实施综合性护理干预的临床护理效果显著,能够有效减少患者不良反应,保障节育器的有效使用,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing measures and nursing effect of immediate placement of intrauterine device(IUD)after induced abortion for women in childbearing period.Methods:A total of 103 women in childbearing period who received induced abortion and placed IUD in Heping District Women and Infant Hospital during from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the research subjects were divided into two groups:control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52).The control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The rate of unexpected pregnancy,incidence of adverse events of contraceptive device,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of unexpected pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events of contraceptive device was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on reproductive women with IUD immediately after induced abortion is significant,which can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients,ensure the effective use of IUD,and improve the satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
