摘  要:为了探究高炉炉缸的内衬侵蚀状态及侵蚀边界的形成规律,通过对炉缸内衬的传热特性分析,提出计算内衬侵蚀边界的移动边界搜索方法,并分析该方法的原理和求解过程,结合实例验证移动边界法的可行性。从冷却壁安全热负荷和内衬应力强度角度确定炉缸内衬安全厚度计算式。采用该方法对炉缸内衬的侵蚀边界进行计算,可综合评估炉缸的安全风险。In order to explore the erosion state of blast furnace hearth lining and the formation of the erosion boundary,a moving boundary search method for calculating the erosion boundary is proposed through analyzing the heat transfer characteristics of the hearth lining. The principle and solving process of the method are analyzed,and the feasibility of the moving boundary method is verified by an example. The formula for calculating the safe thickness of hearth lining is determined in terms of the safe heat load of cooling stave and the stress intensity of lining. Using this method to calculate the erosion boundary of hearth lining can comprehensively evaluate the safety risk of hearth.
