摘 要:针对疏浚工程中的短时射流冲刷问题,探究何种数值模拟方法更为适合研究,分别采用FLUENT与FLOW-3D进行模拟,对两种模拟方法的理论模型进行了对比,并将数值模拟得到的冲坑形态、深度、截面积、体积与相应实验结果进行了比较。通过比较发现:FLUENT与FLOW-3D在网格划分、泥沙相模拟、水沙相互作用方面存在区别;FLUENT与FLOW-3D所得冲坑形态均与实验较为吻合,但由于FLUENT只对泥沙的起动和沉降进行设置,不能控制泥沙的悬浮和推移,而FLOW-3D中将泥沙看做个体,并可对泥沙的起动、沉降、悬浮和推移进行准确描述,所以相对于FLUENT,FLOW-3D得到的冲坑深度、截面积、体积等冲坑尺寸和发展过程,与实验更为接近;研究成果可以为细沙短时射流冲刷提供参考。Aiming at the problem of short-time jet scour in dredging engineering, to explore which numerical simulation method was more suitable for research. FLUENT and FLOW-3 D were used to simulate respectively. The theoretical models of the two simulation methods were compared, and the shape, depth, cross-sectional area and volume of the scour obtained by numerical simulation were compared with the corresponding experimental results. Through comparison, it is found that FLUENT and flow-3 D are different in mesh division, mud-sand phase simulation and water-sand interaction. The crater morphology obtained by FLUENT and FLOW-3 D is in good agreement with the experiment. However, because FLUENT only sets the starting and settlement of sand, it cannot control the suspension and passage of sand, while flow-3 D considers sand as an individual and can accurately describe the starting, settlement, suspension and passage of sand, so compared with FLUENT, The size and development process of the crater, such as the depth, cross-sectional area and volume, obtained by FLOW-3 D are closer to the experiment;the research results can provide a certain reference value for the cylindrical jet scouring.
