摘 要:钢悬链线立管系统在海洋环境荷载和温压荷载作用下,流线段管道将产生轴向运动,危害立管系统安全,因此管-土轴向相互作用研究具有重要意义。文章基于离心机模型试验和数值模拟方法开展了SCR系统流线段管土相互作用研究,揭示了管道安装、水压试验和操作工况条件下的轴向土抗力发挥规律。结果表明:轴向破土抗力随着管道自重的增加、管道埋深增加而增大,试验得到的水压试验工况下管道的破土抗力为6.45 kN,安装工况下破土抗力为4.8 kN;基于试验结果和DNV规范建立了适用于粘土的管道轴向抗力和残余抗力简化计算方法,并与离心机试验结果进行对比,轴向破土抗力误差均在10%左右,残余抗力最大误差在16%,验证了计算方法的可靠性,可为工程实际提供参考。Under the action of marine environment load and temperature-pressure load, the pipeline in the flow section will move axially, which will endanger the safety of the riser system. Therefore, the research on the axial interaction between pipe and soil is of great significance. Based on the centrifuge model test and numerical simulation method, the pipe soil interaction in the flow section of SCR system is studied. The law of axial soil resistance under pipeline installation, hydraulic test and operation conditions is revealed. The results show that: the axial soil breaking resistance increases with the increase of pipeline weight and buried depth. The soil breaking resistance of pipeline under hydrostatic test condition is 6.45 kN, and the installation condition 4.8 kN under installation condition;Based on the test results and DNV code, a simplified calculation method of axial resistance and residual resistance for clay pipeline is established, and compared with centrifuge test results, the error of axial soil breaking resistance is about 10%, and the maximum error of residual resistance is 16%. The reliability of the calculation method is verified, which can provide reference for engineering practice.
