摘 要:为探究丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对花生根系微生物群落结构和多样性的影响,本试验通过接种AMF探究其对花生根外、根围、根表、根际和根内微生物的影响。结果表明,接种AMF菌剂后花生根系土壤细菌和真菌的群落结构发生明显变化,物种丰富度均提高;细菌和真菌优势菌群中不同类别的比例发生了变化,比例增加最大的为放线菌门和子囊菌门。接种AMF菌剂能明显改变细菌和真菌群落显著差异物种,在细菌中差异较大的为芽单胞菌属和变形菌纲,在真菌中差异较大的为接合菌门和子囊菌门。本研究可为进一步筛选优良菌根菌、制备优良复合生物菌剂提供理论基础。To investigate the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on microbial community structure and diversity in peanut root system, the experiment was conducted to study the effects of AMF inoculation on microorganisms in root extrinsic, root peripherals, root surface, rhizosphere, and root intraduct of peanut. The results showed that the community structure of bacteria and fungi in peanut rhizosphere soil changed significantly after inoculation with AMF, and the species abundance increased. The proportion of different dominant groups of bacteria and fungi changed, and actinomycetes and ascomycota increased the maximum. Inoculating AMF could obviously change the species of bacteria and fungi communities with significant difference. The most obvious difference was observed in blastomonas and proteobacteria of bacteria, and zygomycota and ascomycota of fungi. These results could provide theoretical bases for further screening excellent mycorrhizal fungi and preparing excellent compound biological agents.
