摘 要:以‘中杂9号’番茄为试材,采用田间试验研究了在经历亚低温胁迫后叶面喷施海藻酸钠寡糖(alginate oligosaccharides,AOS)和赤霉素(gibberellin,GA)复配剂对设施番茄生长、光合、营养元素吸收、产量和品质的影响,以期为促进设施番茄优质高产栽培和扩大AOS应用提供思路和依据。结果表明:与清水对照相比,在经历亚低温逆境后喷施AOS(30 mg/L)和GA_(3)(3.5 mg/L)复配剂,番茄植株地上部和根部生长加快,株高和叶面积分别增加18.53%和46.54%,地上部与根系干重分别增加14.82%和19.72%,全株N、P、K、Ca和Mg元素的积累量分别升高30.26%、35.35%、11.05%、32.12%和9.01%,叶片净光合速率增加20.47%,单株果实产量提高15.59%,可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别增加8.85%、23.77%、10.50%和10.00%。综上,在经历亚低温逆境后喷施AOS+GA_(3)复配剂可快速恢复设施番茄根系和地上部的生长,增加根系生物量和叶面积,促进养分吸收和光合作用,增加有机物的积累量,提高果实产量与品质。Taking Zhongza 9 tomato as test material,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of foliar spraying alginate oligosaccharides(AOS)and gibberellin(GA)mixture on its growth,photosynthesis,mineral element absorption,yield and quality after experiencing mild hypothermia in greenhouse,in order to provide references for promoting high-yielding and good-quality cultivation of protected tomato and expanding the scope of application of AOS.The results showed that foliar application of AOS(30 mg/L)and GA_(3)(3.5 mg/L)mixture after mild hypothermia stress promoted the growth of tomato shoots and roots,and the plant height and leaf area increased by 18.53%and 46.54%compared with water control;the dry weight of shoots and roots increased by 14.82%and 19.72%;the accumulation of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in the whole plant increased by 30.26%,35.35%,11.05%,32.12%and 9.01%,respectively;the net photosynthetic rate of leaves increased by 20.47%;the fruit yield per plant increased by 15.59%,and the contents of soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein increased by 8.85%,23.77%,10.50%and 10.00%,respectively.Thus,folliar spaying AOS and GA_(3) mixture after experiencing mild hypothermia was of great benefit to resume growth of tomato,increase root biomass and leaf area,promote mineral element absorption and photosynthesis,increase the accumulation of organic matters,so the fruit yield and quality were improved.
