摘　　要：当前,血糖管理已成为临床工作中的重要部分,血糖仪作为床旁检测设备,以其快速监测、用血量少、操作简单、检测结果可靠、携带方便,并且血糖监测越来越准确、痛苦少,在临床得到越来越广泛应用。文章通过建立健全血糖仪临床应用质量管理规章制度,努力提升医务人员临床血糖管理能力水平,规范临床血糖监测行为,对保障检测质量和医疗安全都具有重要意义。At present, blood glucose management has become an important part of clinical work. As a bedside detection device, blood glucose meter is more and more widely used in clinic because of its rapid monitoring, less blood consumption, simple operation, reliable detection results, easy to carry, and more accurate and less painful blood glucose monitoring. Through establishing and perfecting the rules and regulations of clinical application quality management of blood glucose meter, this paper strives to improve the level of clinical blood glucose management ability of medical staff, and standardizes the clinical blood glucose monitoring behavior, which is of great significance to ensure the detection quality and medical safety.
