活血补肾经验方预防行全膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察活血补肾经验方预防行全膝关节置换术(TKA)后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的临床疗效及其影响,为中医治疗骨关节术后预防血栓提供有效方法。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院骨科住院的老年患者,随机选择符合纳入标准65例患者,入院后常规行抽血检查,采取相同的手术方式和麻醉方法。B组予低分子肝素钙进行抗凝处理,A组在B组的基础上加以口服活血补肾经验方,两组均观察术前第1天、术后第1天、7天、14天的患肢小腿周径、VAS值、D-二聚体、PT、APTT等相关结果。结论:活血补肾经验方联合低分子肝素钙预防初次行TKA术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成疗效明确、不良反应发生率低、用药风险小,具有极大的临床可行性。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and influence of Huoxue Bushen prescription in preventing deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower limbs after total knee arthroplasty(TKA), so as to provide an effective method for preventing thrombosis after osteoarthroplasty with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The elderly patients hospitalized in the department of orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected. 65patients met the inclusion criteria. After admission, routine blood sampling was performed, and the same surgical methods and anesthesia methods were used. Group B was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium for anticoagulation, and group A was treated with oral Huoxue Bushen prescription on the basis of group B. the peripheral diameter, vas value, D-dimer, Pt, APTT and other related results of the affected limb and leg on the first day before operation and the first, seventh and fourteenth days after operation were observed in both groups. Conclusion: Huoxue Bushen prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium has definite curative effect, low incidence of adverse reactions and low risk of medication in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after TKA for the first time, which has great clinical feasibility.
