广西农村老年农民养老服务需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章采用分层随机整群抽样方法在广西东、西、南、北、中部各选取一个村进行问卷调查。问卷数据表明:民族、子女数量、经济收入、患病种类、居住状况是老年农民养老服务需求的影响因素。医疗保健服务需求是广西农村老年农民养老需求中最迫切需要的类型,应针对不同收入水平、健康状况等特征的人群供给差异化养老服务,通过落实农村养老服务政策、提高家庭养老服务能力、增强养老服务适应性来应对农村老年农民多元化养老服务需求。This paper adopts stratified random cluster sampling method to select a village in the east, west, south, north and middle of Guangxi for questionnaire survey. The questionnaire data show that ethnic groups, the number of children, economic income, types of diseases and living conditions are the influencing factors of elderly farmers’ demand for elderly care services. The demand for medical and health care services is the most urgent type in the elderly care needs of rural elderly farmers in Guangxi. Differentiated elderly care services should be provided for people with different income levels, health conditions and other characteristics. The diversified elderly care service needs of rural elderly farmers should be met by implementing rural elderly care service policies, improving family elderly care service capacity and enhancing endowment diversified service adaptability to deal with the rural elderly farmers endowment service needs.
