高锰酸钾坐浴联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高锰酸钾坐浴联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rbbFGF)对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月于本院行手术治疗的72例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组予以高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合rbbFGF治疗。比较两组创面愈合效果、创面愈合相关指标和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组创面愈合总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面水肿改善时间、创面愈合时间和创面出血改善时间为(15.14±2.23)、(23.15±3.48)、(5.46±1.02)d,均短于对照组的(18.05±2.69)、(27.65±3.52)、(8.34±1.59)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后,观察组VAS评分为(1.22±0.23)分,低于对照组的(2.05±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高锰酸钾坐浴联合rbbFGF可增强肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合效果,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of potassium permanganate sitbath combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rbbFGF)on postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess patients.Methods 72 patients with perianal abscess who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate sitbath,and the observa-tion group was treated with rbbFGF on the basis of the control group.The wound healing effect,wound healing related indexes and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound edema improvement time,wound healing time and wound bleeding improvement time in the observation group were(15.14±2.23),(23.15±3.48),(5.46±1.02)d,which were shorter than(18.05±2.69),(27.65±3.52),(8.34±1.59)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,VAS score of observation group was(1.22±0.23)scores,lower than(2.05±0.45)scores of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium permanganate sitbath combined with rbbFGF can enhance the postoperative wound healing effect of perianal ab-scess patients,shorten the wound healing time and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
