赖氨葡锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效及对患者胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨赖氨葡锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效及对患者胃肠激素的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月本院收治的82例急性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗,比较两组胃肠激素水平、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。治疗1周、1月后,两组生长抑素(SS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平均低于治疗前,促胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组SS、VIP及5-HT水平均低于对照组,MOT、GAS水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论赖氨葡锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效显著,可明显改善胃肠激素水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of lysine zinc gluconate granule combined with bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria on acute diarrhea and its effects on gastrointestinal hormones in children.Methods 82 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from No-vember 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria,and the observation group was treated with lysine zinc gluconate granule on the basis of the control group.The levels of gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors,clinical ef-ficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 80.49%of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week and 1 month of treatment,the levels of somatostatin(SS),vasoac-tive intestinal peptide(VIP)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS)were higher than those before treatment,the levels of SS,VIP and 5-HT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of MOT and GAS were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were lower than those before treat-ment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Curative effect of lysine zinc gluconate granule combined with bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria is sig-nificant on acute diarrhea in children,which can significantly improve levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
