质子泵抑制剂联合甘桔冰梅片对咽喉反流病患者的临床特征及嗓音声学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)联合甘桔冰梅片对咽喉反流病患者的临床特征及嗓音声学指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年8月本院收治的48例咽喉反流病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(给予PPIs联合甘桔冰梅片治疗)和对照组(给予PPIs治疗),每组24例。比较两组嗓音声学指标、反流症状指数量表(RSI)评分、反流体征评分量表(RFS)评分及临床疗效。结果观察组最长发音时间长于对照组,嗓音障碍指数高于对照组,基频微扰、振幅微扰均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组RSI、RFS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组RSI、RFS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PPIs联合甘桔冰梅片治疗方咽喉反流效果显著,可帮助患者恢复较正常的发音状态,改善咽异物感等临床症状,避免患者咽喉部位过多受损,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of proton pump inhibitors and Citrus Bingmei tablets on clinical characteristics and voice acoustics of of patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Methods 48 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease admitted to our hospital from Janu-ary 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjectd,and they were randomly divided into observation group(treated with PPIs combined with Citrus Bingmei tablets)and control group(treated with PPIs),with 24 cases in each group,the voice acoustic indicators,reflux symptom index(RSI)score,reflux finding score(RFS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The longest pronunciation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the voice disorder index was higher than that in the control group,the funda-mental frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RSI and RFS scores between the two groups;after treatment,the RSI and RFS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PPIs combined with Citrus Bingmei tablets in the treatment of laryn-gopharyngeal reflux is remarkable,which can help patients recover normal pronunciation,improve clinical symptoms such as pharyngeal foreign body sensation,and avoid excessive damage to the throat,it is worthy of clinical application.
