重组人干扰素α-2b与西替利嗪联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究重组人干扰素α-2b、西替利嗪联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院儿科收治的72例水痘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组36例。对照组予以阿昔洛韦治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合西替利嗪与重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症指标、各项症状消退时间及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组瘙痒缓解时间、退热时间、水疱结痂时间和全部脱痂自愈时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论重组人干扰素α-2b、西替利嗪联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘疗效显著,可减轻炎症反应,缩短症状消退时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical effect analysis of recombinant human interferonα-2b,cetirizine combined with acyclovir in the treat-ment of chickenpox in children.Methods 72 children with chickenpox admitted to the pediatric department of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the ran-dom number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received acyclovir,and the experimental group received cetirizine and re-combinant human interferonα-2b on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory indexes,the time of disappearance of symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNFαin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The itching relief time,fever reduction time,blister formation time and self-healing time of all scab removal in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Recombinant hu-man interferonα-2b and cetirizine combined with acyclovir is effective in the treatment of chickenpox in children,it can reduce the inflammatory reac-tion and shorten the time of symptom regression,which is worthy of clinical application.
