卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合COOK球囊压迫宫腔治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果及对患者血流动力学指标水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合COOK球囊压迫宫腔治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果及对患者血流动力学指标水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于本院行剖宫产手术的150例产后出血产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组予以卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液止血,观察组在对照组基础上联合COOK球囊压迫宫腔止血,比较两组产前和产后24 h心率、动脉血氧饱和度、收缩压、舒张压水平及止血有效率。结果产前,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压、动脉血氧饱和度比较差异无统计学意义;产后24 h,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(85.00±7.90)次/min、(108.00±6.95)mmHg、(67.55±5.96)mmHg,均低于对照组的[(90.41±7.95)次/min、(112.21±7.00)mmHg、(71.52±6.00)mmHg],观察组动脉血氧饱和度为(97.81±1.40)%,高于对照组的(96.88±1.35)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组止血有效率为98.67%,高于对照组的90.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合COOK球囊压迫宫腔联合治疗止血效果显著,可提高剖宫产产后出血产妇的血容量和动脉血氧饱和度,稳定血压和心率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of carprost ambutritol injection combined with COOK balloon compression in the treatment of post-partum hemorrhage after cesarean section and its influence on the level of hemodynamic indexes of patients.Methods 150 cases of puerperal hemor-rhage who underwent cesarean section operation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given carprost ambutritol injection for hemostasis,and the observation group was combined with COOK balloon compression for uterine hemo-stasis on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,arterial oxygen saturation,systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and hemostasis efficien-cy were compared between the two groups at 24 h before and after delivery.Results Before delivery,there was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and arterial oxygen saturation between the two groups.After 24 h postpartum,the levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were(85.00±7.90)times/min,(108.00±6.95)mmHg,and(67.55±5.96)mmHg,which were lower than([90.41±7.95]times/min,[112.21±7.00]mmHg,[71.52±6.00]mmHg)in the control group,the arterial oxygen saturation in the observation group was(97.81±1.40)%,which was higher than(96.88±1.35)%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of carprost ambutritol injection combined with COOK balloon compression has significant effect,which can improve the blood volume and arterial oxygen saturation of puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean sec-tion,and stabilize blood pressure and heart rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
