摘  要:目的探究针对性护理对小儿呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月于本院接受雾化吸入治疗的128例呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象。按照抽签法分为对照组(常规护理)和实验组(针对性护理),每组64例,比较两组雾化吸入疗效、症状消失时间及生命质量。结果实验组雾化吸入治疗有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组85.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SF-36健康调查量表(SF-36)评分均高于护理前,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗时给予针对性护理可增强治疗效果,提高患儿生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the therapeutic effect of aerosol inhalation in children with respiratory tract in-fection.Methods 128 children with respiratory tract infection who received aerosol inhalation treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to Janu-ary 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(routine nursing)and experimental group(targeted nursing)according to the lottery method,with 64 cases in each group,the clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and quality of life were compared.Results The effective rate of atomization inhalation in the experimental group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 85.94%in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of 36-item short form health survey questionnaire(SF 36)in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection by aerosol inhalation can enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the life of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
