摘  要:90%以上的蘑菇中毒死亡事件是由含鹅膏肽类毒素蘑菇所致,目前该类蘑菇中毒尚无特效解毒药物。本文根据不同作用机制,将治疗药物分为胃肠道吸收抑制剂、肝细胞摄取抑制剂、抗氧化剂、RNAPⅡ结合抑制剂及中药5类,并对其作用机制、临床适应证、给药剂量进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供指导。More than 90%of the mushroom poisoning deaths were caused by mushrooms containing amanita toxin.At present,there is no specif-ic antidote for this type of mushroom poisoning.In this paper,according to the different mechanism of action,the therapeutic drugs were divided into gastrointestinal absorption inhibitors,liver cell uptake inhibitors,antioxidants,RNAPⅡbinding inhibitors and Traditional Chinese Medicine,the mechanism of action,clinical indications and dosage were reviewed in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment.
