打破围墙:世界一流大学图书馆社会服务趋势及启示

摘　　要：国外一流大学图书馆领先的发展趋势对改变我国大学图书馆社会服务现状具有重要的启示作用。基于15所世界一流大学图书馆战略规划文本的分析发现,其社会服务的趋势主要从面向社会开放和面向社会合作两个维度进行跨越大学边界的延伸。这一趋势的形成,源于竞争化服务定位的驱动、证明自身价值的鞭策以及一流校园文化的熏陶。与之相比,国内大学图书馆囿于思想、制度、物理等“围墙”,在两个维度均处于较低的层次。因此,未来我国大学图书馆应通过营造文化、加强规划、对外开放、把握底线等做法打破“围墙”。The leading development trend of social service in foreign first-class university libraries has an important enlightening effect on changing the current situation of social service of university libraries in China.Based on the analysis of the strategic planning texts of 15 world-class university libraries,it is found that the trend of their social services extends across the university boundary mainly from two dimensions of social openness and social cooperation.The formation of this trend originates from the drive of competitive service orientation,the spur to prove its own value and the edification of first-class campus culture.By contrast,the libraries of university in China are at a lower level in both dimensions,limited by such“walls”as ideology,institution and physics.Therefore,libraries should break the“wall”by creating culture,strengthening planning,opening to the outside world and grasping the bottom line in the future.
