摘　　要：特发性弱精子症是男性不育最常见的类型之一,是复杂多因素作用的结果。从“浊”探讨该病病因病机,其浊邪由外直接损伤肾及精室功能,由内裹挟他邪,困扰精室,使精失所养,导致精子活力下降。在治疗上分别予以补肾、健脾、疏肝,同时结合利湿、逐瘀、化痰等疏通精道,使精有所养,从而提升精子活力。综上,为治疗特发性弱精子症提供了一种契合现代社会病因病机的诊疗新思路。Idiopathic asthenozoospermia is one of the most common types of male infertility,which is the result of complex and multifactorial effects.Discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease from the perspective of"turbidity".The turbid pathogen directly damages the kidney and the function of the sperm chamber from the outside.In the treatment,the kidneys,the spleen,and the liver are respectively given to invigorate,and at the same time,combined with dampness,blood stasis,and phlegm to clear the seminal tract,so that the essence can be nourished,thereby improving sperm motility.In conclusion,it provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the treatment of idiopathic asthenozoospermia that fits the etiology and pathogenesis of modern society.
