摘　　要：脑小血管病指各种病因影响脑内小动脉及其远端分支、微动脉、毛细血管、微静脉和小静脉所导致的一系列临床、影像、病理综合征。慢性脑小血管病病情相对隐蔽,没有典型临床诊断表现和临床体征,几乎全部依赖影像学检测,若进一步发展则转变为早期临床症状性脑梗死,又或者进一步发展为血管性痴呆,诱发或加重认知、平衡障碍状态及跌倒发生等,造成的严重后果不容忽视。平衡功能障碍是脑小血管病的特殊性表现,是影响脑小血管病患者安全及生活质量的因素之一。目前相关的研究对脑小血管病患者的平衡功能特点描述较少,对脑小血管病患者的平衡障碍管理无详细的方案。因此脑小血管病患者早识别、早干预具有十分重要的意义。本文就近年来脑小血管病的平衡特点、平衡干预进行综述,加深对脑小血管病患者对平衡障碍的认识和理解,分析脑小血管病病人平衡障碍特点、尽早发现,为制定适合脑小血管病患者的综合管理方案提供依据,以提高患者生活质量。Cerebrovascular diseases refer to a series of clinical,imaging and pathological syndromes caused by various etiologies affecting cerebral arterioles and their distal branches,arterioles,capillaries,venules and venules.Chronic cerebral small vascular disease condition relatively hidden,there is no typical clinical diagnosis and clinical signs,almost all rely on radiographic testing,if further development into the early clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction,or further development for vascular dementia,induce or worsen cognitive,balance state of disorder and fall occurred,causing serious consequences that nots allow to ignore.Balance dysfunction is a special manifestation of small vascular disease,which is one of the factors affecting the safety and quality of life of patients with small vascular disease.At present,there is little description of balance function in patients with small vascular disease,and no detailed plan for balance disorder management in patients with small vascular disease.Therefore,early recognition and early intervention of patients with small cerebral vascular disease is of great significance.This article summarize the characteristics of small cerebral vascular disease of the balance,balance interventions were reviewed,deepen the understanding of balance impairment in patients with cerebral small vascular disease and understanding,analysis the characteristics of small cerebral vascular disease patients balance disorder,found that as soon as possible,to develop suitable for small vascular disease in patients with brain provides the basis for comprehensive management solutions,in order to improve the patients quality of life.
