课程思政背景下高职专业人才核心竞争力培养的实践路径探究——以江苏海事职业技术学院信息类专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：在培养学生核心竞争力过程中,思想教育是人才培养的基础。如何达成思政教育和人才核心力培养同向同行是当下高职院校人才培养的方向。本文以信息类专业人才培养为例,围绕“专业人才核心能力”的培养,分析了融入思想政治教育的必要性,并从专业思政、课程思政、教材思政和教师思政四个方面阐述具体实施路径,最终实现培养高素质技能型人才的培养目标。In the process of cultivating students’core competence,ideological education is the basis of talent cultivation.At present,the direction of talent cultivation is how to make progress in ideological and political education and talent core competence training.By taking the cultivation of information professionals for example,this paper analyzes the necessity that the ideological and political education integrates into cultivation of core competence of specialty,and obtains the specific implementation path that includes professional,curriculum,teaching material and teachers’ideological and political education,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
