摘　　要：城市的发展是依靠各种文化群体产生的,而城市文化的促进最重要的是高校的作用,高校以特有的方式继承和发扬文化思想,积极提升城市文化软实力。在高校文化体系中,基层党建是高校文化发展的政治保障。高校文化和城市文化,看似没有联系,其实存在着必然的关联,而基层党建就是文化建设的组织者和引领者。在提高高校文化影响力的同时,培养城市缺少的能够与时代精神相符合的当代青年力量,使高校全能型人才在社会主义现代化建设中贡献自己的一份力量,推动城市文化软实力的提升。The development of a city is produced by relying on various cultural groups,and the most important thing for the promotion of urban culture is the role of colleges and universities.Universities inherit and carry forward cultural ideas in a unique way,and actively enhance the soft power of urban culture.In the college cultural system,grass-roots Party building is the political guarantee for the development of college culture.College culture and urban culture seem to be unrelated,in fact,there is an inevitable connection,and the grass-roots Party building is the organizer and leader of cultural construction.While improving the cultural influence of colleges and universities,we should cultivate the missing contemporary youth forces that can meet the spirit of the times,so that the versatile talents in colleges and universities can contribute to the socialist modernization construction,and promote the improvement of the soft power of urban culture.
