基于结构方程的农户秸秆燃烧防治工作参与动机与意愿分析

摘　　要：为探究云南省农户对秸秆燃烧防治参与行为的动机与意愿,课题组基于计划行为理论,构建了农户参与秸秆燃烧防治的动机及意愿模型,对云南省中部、东部、北部地区进行了抽调。结果表明:主观规范、行为态度、直觉行为控制对农户参与意愿的影响度不高;农户虽在环境的影响下有一定的参与,但总体认同度不高,需要政府督促、市场调节及技术普及等工作来提高农户秸秆燃烧污染防治工作的参与意愿。In order to explore the motivation and willingness of farmers to participate in straw burning prevention and control in Yunnan Province,the research group constructed the motivation and willingness model of farmers to participate in straw burning prevention and control based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,and conducted sampling in the central,eastern and northern regions of Yunnan Province.The results show that the subjective norms and behavior attitude,intuitive behavior control of the will of farmers to participate in the effect is not high,although the farmers participation under the influence of the environment to a certain extent,but the overall is not high,esteemed need government urged,market regulation and technology popularization work to improve the participation of farmers in straw burning pollution prevention and control work.
