摘  要:有机-无机杂化物钙钛矿材料具有载流子迁移率高等优点,可被作为发光器件在照明等领域广泛应用。但目前钙钛矿发光二极管仍存在如发光层成膜性差导致发光效率不高等问题。基于此,笔者通过研究空穴传输层旋涂时的转速及钙钛矿层的退火温度,调控钙钛矿薄膜晶粒的尺寸大小以及薄膜致密性。仿真结果表明:旋涂空穴传输层溶液的转速采用3000 r/min,钙钛矿层70℃退火时,薄膜质量较好,器件效率较高。Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have the advantages of high carrier mobility,and can be widely used as light-emitting devices in lighting and other fields.However,at present,perovskite LEDs still have problems such as low luminous efficiency due to poor film-forming of light-emitting layer.Based on this,the author investigates the speed of spin coating of the hole transport layer and the annealing temperature of the perovskite layer to regulate the size of the perovskite film grain size and the compactness of the film.The simulation results show that when the rotational speed of the spin-coated hole transport layer solution is 3000 r/min,the film quality was better and the device efficiency was higher when the perovskite layer was annealed at 70℃.
