摘　　要：高校辅导员在大学生日常思政工作中,常常面临着自身大部分时间和精力被学生较多的具体困难和诉求所占用的情况。如果辅导员本人应对或处理不当,往往会导致自身忙碌不堪甚至身心俱疲,陷入职业困境。这就需要高校辅导员不断改进工作方法,汲取中华优秀传统文化的智慧,将“授之以鱼”与“授之以渔”有机结合,在“授之以鱼”时更注重“授之以渔”,将“授之以渔”融入“授之以鱼”中去,不断提高辅导员工作的专业化水平。In the daily ideological and political work of college students, college counselors often face the situation that most of their time and energy will be occupied by the specific difficulties and demands of students. If they can’t handle it well, it will often lead to busyness or even physical and mental exhaustion, which will bring career difficulties to them. This requires college counselors to continuously improve their working methods, absorb the wisdom of fine traditional Chinese culture, pay more attention to teaching students how to fish than giving them fishes, and constantly improve the specialization of their work.
