摘 要:目的探究葛根、三七、银杏叶3种中药制剂对青光眼视神经保护作用的优效性。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的124例青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为1组、2组、3组和4组(对照组),每组31例。眼压控制后分别给予患者葛根注射液、三七注射液、银杏注射液和脑组织蛋白水解物治疗,比较4组临床疗效、视野改善情况、视神经电生理活动值。结果1组、2组、3组视力好转率明显高于4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,1组、2组及3组光敏感度均高于治疗前与4组,视野大于治疗前与4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4组治疗前后光敏感度和视野比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,1组、2组及3组P100潜伏期均快于治疗前与4组,P100振幅大于治疗前与4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4组治疗前后P100潜伏期、P100振幅比较差异无统计学意义。结论葛根、三七、银杏叶3种中药制剂均能改善青光眼患者的视神经功能,疗效确切,在临床工作中应根据实际需要给予辅助用药。Objective To explore the superiority and efficacy of 3 Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations of Pueraria lobata,Panax notoginseng and Ginkgo biloba on the optic nerve protection of glaucoma.Methods 124 glaucoma patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group 1,group 2,group 3 and group 4(control group)according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.After the intraocular pressure was controlled,the patients were treated with Pueraria lobata injection,Panax notoginseng injection,Ginkgo biloba injection and brain tissue protein hydrolysate,respectively.The clinical efficacy,visual field improvement,and optic nerve electrophysiological activity values were compared among the four groups.Results The visual acuity improvement rate of group 1,group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 4,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the light sensitivity of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were all higher than those before treatment and group 4,and the visual field was larger than that before treatment and group 4,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in light sensitivity and visual field before and after treatment in group 4.After treatment,the latency of P100 in group 1,group 2 and group 3 were faster than those before treatment and group 4,and the amplitude of P100 were larger than those before treatment compared with group 4,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in P100 latency and P100 amplitude between the 4 groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Pueraria lobata,Panax notoginseng and Ginkgo biloba can improve the optic nerve function of patients with glaucoma,and the curative effect is definite,in clinical work,adjuvant drugs should be given according to actual needs.
