摘　　要：目的探究0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗眼睑部皮炎的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月本院收治的102例眼睑部皮炎者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与基础组,每组51例。治疗组采用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,基础组采用维生素B6治疗,比较两组不良反应发生率、症状积分和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组肥厚、脱屑、瘙痒、红斑评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组肥厚、脱屑、瘙痒、红斑评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为98.04%,高于基础组的84.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为3.92%,低于基础组的21.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗眼睑部皮炎效果显著,能促进患者症状恢复,减轻眼睑部不适感,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of 0.03%tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of eyelid dermatitis.Methods 102 patients with eyelid dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the basic group,with 51 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with 0.03%tacrolimus ointment,and the basic group was treated with vitamin B6,the incidence of adverse reactions,symptom scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of hypertrophy,desquamation,itching and erythema between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of hypertrophy,desquamation,itching and erythema in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the basic group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.04%,which was higher than 84.31%of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.92%,which was lower than 21.57%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 0.03%tacrolimus ointment has significant effect on the treatment of eyelid dermatitis,can promote the recovery of symptoms and relieve the discomfort of the eyelid,which is worthy of clinical application.
