摘 要:文章引入创新链理论,以日本集英社为例,探索这一漫画出版领域龙头企业推动价值链与创新链深度融合、助推漫画出版融合发展和高质量发展的路径。研究发现,为实现价值增值,集英社协同联动用户、跨界企业两大主体,构建良性出版创新链,形成开放互动的出版融合生态。在出版融合时代,我国传统出版企业应立足宏观,从整个出版生态着眼,协调融合多元主体,尊重内容、连接用户、活用技术、跨界合作、讲好故事,激发内容资源的深层活力,实现融合发展。This paper imtroduces the Innovation Chain Theory and takes Japan Shueisha as an example to explore the path by which this leading enterprise in the field of comics publication promotes the deep integration of value chain and innovation chain in order to boost the publication convergence development and high-quality development of comics.The research finds that,in order to realize the value increment,Shueisha builds a virtuous publishing innovation chain by collaborating with two subjects,users and cross-border enterprises,to form an open and interactive publication convergence ecosystem.In the era of publication convergence,the traditional publishing enterprises in China should coordinate and integrate multiple subjects,respect contents,connect users,make flexible use of technology,cooperate across boundaries,tell good stories,and stimulate the deep vitality of content resources based on the microscopical publishing ecosystem to achieve convergence development.
