近十年中国男子4×100米接力项目发展的回顾与分析

摘　　要：从2012年至2021年,我国男子4×100米接力项目在国际大赛中不断取得发展与突破,该项目逐渐得到国人的关注。本文运用文献资料法、数据统计法等研究方法,系统阐述了近十年中国男子4×100米接力项目在奥运会、世界田径锦标赛、亚洲运动会等国际大赛中的发展历程,对近十年中国男子4×100米接力项目不断取得佳绩的原因进行分析。近十年中国男子4×100米接力能够在国际大赛中不断取得突破,并多次刷新纪录甚至夺得奖牌的原因主要是:实施“接力促单项”策略,提高运动员单项运动成绩,技战术得到良好发挥,与日本开展良性竞争。From 2012 to 2021, Chinese men’s 4×100 meters relay team has made continuous development and breakthroughs in international competitions, making this event gradually get the attention of Chinese people. This paper uses the literature review, data statistics and other research methods to systematically expounds the development process of the Chinese men’s 4×100 meters relay in the Olympic Games, World Athletics Championships and Asian Games in the past ten years, and analyzes the reasons why Chinese men’s 4×100 meters relay team has made great achievements in recent ten years. In recent ten years, Chinese men’s 4×100 meters relay team has been able to make breakthroughs in the international competitions and set new records for many times. The reasons for their success include: the implementation of the strategy of “promoting sprint events through relay events training”, the improvement of individual sports performance of athletes, the good performance of techniques and tactics, and the benign competition with Japanese team.
